Appealify analyzes a decision you submit (such as a denial, refusal or rejection) and produces an explanation, an appeal strategy, a roadmap and a draft appeal. The Service is an informational and drafting tool.

2. Not professional advice

Appealify is not a law firm, immigration consultancy, insurer, medical provider or government body, and does not provide legal, immigration, medical or financial advice. The outputs are general guidance and drafts to help you prepare your own response. You are responsible for reviewing them, verifying any facts and deadlines against your own decision letter, and deciding how to proceed. For high-stakes matters, seek qualified professional advice.

3. AI-generated content

Outputs are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Always review and edit any draft before relying on or submitting it.

4. No guaranteed outcome

We do not guarantee that any appeal will succeed or that any decision will be changed. You are paying for analysis and drafting assistance, not for a particular result.

5. Payments

The Service is offered on a one-time, pay-per-decision basis. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; by paying, you also agree to that provider’s terms. Prices may be shown in one currency and charged in your local currency. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting unlawful content, attempting to disrupt or abuse the system, exceeding rate limits, scraping, or using it to harm others. We may limit, suspend or terminate access for misuse.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by Appealify. Outputs generated for you may be used for your own appeal. You retain ownership of the content you submit.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant analysis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision outcome.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
